Servmora should be practical to use for as many people as possible.
Accessibility is considered across the public website and the working application, with emphasis on readable text, clear controls, keyboard access and reduced unnecessary motion.
Accessibility is part of the product design, not an optional extra.
Servmora aims to use clear language, visible focus states, useful form labels, descriptive image text and touch targets that remain practical on smaller screens.
The public website respects the device's reduced-motion preference. The service also avoids relying on colour alone for important status information where practical.
We are continuing to test and improve accessibility.
Servmora is a developing service and we do not currently claim formal certification against every WCAG success criterion. New pages and features are reviewed for common accessibility problems, and issues found through testing or customer feedback are prioritised for correction.
Some third-party services opened from Servmora may have their own accessibility standards and are outside Servmora's direct control.
If something is difficult to use, tell us what is getting in the way.
Email support@servmora.co.uk with the page or feature involved and, if possible, the device or assistive technology you are using.
We will use that information to understand the problem and make a reasonable effort to provide an alternative or improve the affected part of Servmora.
